Description
Working with Interpreters is an in-depth primer for new staff or a refresher for staff who work with interpreters. It gives you a framework to understand the language services you can use to remove a language barrier when clients don’t speak your language. You’ll define the different language services and learn how they can help you. Then you’ll learn the skills and knowledge you need to book the right interpreter, brief them before a conversation and then carry out an interpreted conversation.
